This guy named as “Jefe de los Jefes” was arrested in Paraguay few days ago.He is under extradiction to Argentina for charges like dealing some illegal drugs smuggling from Argentina to México.
Jesús Martínez Espinoza is also suspected to be member of the “Cartel de Sinaloa”,in Mexico.
